With an aim to go beyond academics, industrial visits provide students a practical perceptive of the work place

Capsule Training

Capsule Training is one-of-its kind training program meant for the students to make then placeable. The students are selected based on prescribed criteria, following which they become a part of Capsule training. This is one month training which involves sessions of industry stalwarts from various specialization areas. This is the most practical form of training to the students, which makes them industry ready.

On the Job Training - A Gateway to Career

OJT training is to acquaint the students to a real life work place environment. This helps to explore the relationship between the knowledge and skills acquired in classrooms and enables them to understand and respond better.

IT Skills

To make the students competent in basic as well advanced knowledge and skills related to IT field, various training programs are organized for the students. These include Excel certification along with other necessary inputs as a part of Capsule training and exclusive training.

Soft Skills Development

To develop the confidence and skills to interact in the business environment. It also helps to learn techniques to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional and impressive manner.

Club activities

To engage the students in meaningful activities, Student clubs are working successfully to promoting ‘learning by doing’ mode for them. These clubs act on ‘of the students; by the students; for the students’ mode. There are eight clubs (Cultural club, Sports club, CSR club, IT club, Eco club, Research club, T&P club and Entrepreneurship Development club). The club activities are organized by the students following a well defined hierarchy. There are many activities held under the aegis of various clubs, where students participate with fullest zeal.

Guest Lectures, Expert Talks

Guest Lecture is a way of enriching students with the latest updates of the industries. There are regular guest lectures organized where speakers from various industries of repute are invited to share their views. These are either stand-alone sessions or in association with organizations like CII, Young Indians etc. The students feel enthusiastic to attend these sessions
