As per the guidelines of UGC/ AICTE and Supreme Court, an Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell has been established by the Institute to provide a healthy and congenial environment to all the staff members and students. This cell acts decisively to prevent and redress grievances of sexual
harassment for all genders.

Functions:

The Committee shall eliminate discrimination against or harassment of any individual in all forms by prohibiting it and by providing preventive and protective measures to facilitate its eradication and punishments for those who indulge in any form of discrimination or harassment.

Various workshops and seminar shall be arranged to create conducive environment and congenial atmosphere for women, which brings up healthy environment in the Institute.

The Institute has ‘zero tolerance’ policy for any acts of sexual harassment and strongly condemns such behavior and advices all its members not to indulge in any such activity.
