Dr. Ashish Thakur holds his Masters in Commerce and Economics with a Gold Medal from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur. His areas of interest include Finance and Taxation. He has more than 28 years of teaching and administrative experience in various institutions of repute. He has been associated with various institutions as visiting and guest faculty. He has attended many national and international workshops, seminars and conferences at IITs and IIMs. He has also published many research papers and books to his credit.

Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sharma

Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sharma has been associated as Professor since 2016. He holds 22 years of work experience, which includes 20 years in academics and 2 years in industry. He has worked in Prestige Institute of Management & Research Indore and other AICTE approved management institutes of repute. His areas of interest include HRM, Marketing and Research. After completing MBA in 2000, he was awarded Ph.D. in Management 2008. He is the recipient of ‘Best Ph. D. Thesis Award’ in 2009. As Ph. D. Guide in Management in Devi Ahilya University Indore, 7 scholars have been awarded under his supervision. With more than 50 publications to his credit in national and international journals, he has presented papers in IIMs and other reputed institutes. He had conducted MDPs, EDPs, FDPs at various levels. Currently, he is the Coordinator of Academics and Examinations cell; Convener of Certificate Programs and Editor of JSSGIW Journal of Management.

She holds Ph.D. in Management from Barkatullah University along with Triple Masters in MBA, M.Com and MA in Economics. She is a Certified Global Counsellor from University of California, Los Angeles Extension. With more than 15 research papers to her credit in national and international journals and chapters in 4 edited books on Finance, she has academic experience of more than 12 years. Her areas of interest include Finance, Banking and
International Business. She has conducted FDPs on Finance and Research. She has done one year Certification in Foreign Language (French). She has also cleared UGC-NET in Management and MPPSC-SET in Commerce. She is the member of Editorial committee of JSSGIW Journal of Management.

After gaining corporate experience as HR and IR officer in Vardhman Yarns (A Unit of Vardhman Textiles Ltd), she joined SHIM in 2016. Currently, she is associated with Training and Placement Cell as Placement Coordinator and is looking after Placements, Internships, Live projects, Industrial/organizational visits etc. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. She has presented many research papers which are published in UGC Care and UGC approved journals during national, international conferences. Her area of interests are HRM and Organizational Behaviour.

With total experience of more than 10 years in Academics, he has been associated with SHIM since 2013. He has earlier worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Relationship Officer. He has also cleared UGC-NET in Management. He has been actively associated with industry-academia connect through live projects, internships, training activities, industrial and organizational visits, etc. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. from Barkatullah University Bhopal. His areas of interest include Marketing and Banking.

She is an MBA (HR) from Pune with more than 10 years of Corporate Experience. She possesses core skills set in Human resource planning, counselling and soft skill training. After gaining corporate exposure in Reliance Retail, UPS and Subhiksha Retail, currently she is Head of the Training department. She is Coordinator for Capsule Training Program for the students and her areas of interest includes HRM , Organization Behaviour and counselling .She is also pursuing PHD from Barkatullah Univerity, Bhopal.

Dr. Sunita Ramchandani is an experienced and knowledgeable Ph.D. professional, with a passion for teaching and research. She has been working in the field for over 10 years and is an expert in the areas of Statistics, Project Management and Research. She has earned several certifications and awards throughout her career. In the year 2022, she received First Prize in a Research paper competition organised by “Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal” - Yuva Aayaam and was rewarded with Shodhaveer Sammaan in the Central India region. She has completed the credit course of Quantitative Marketing Research in 2021 offered by Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She was rewarded with the Best Research Paper Award in the International Web Conference “Redefining Education for a Sustainable Future" in 2020. She has 7 research papers published to her credit in national and international journals of repute and has presented more than 10 papers in various conferences. She is associated as Assistant Placement Coordinator with Training and Placement Cell.

She joined academics in 2017 after completing MBA from the institute in 2016. She has been the Topper of Barkatullah University and was awarded Gold Medal by Hon. Governor of the state. She has been associated with reputed educational institutions in Bhopal prior to joining the institute. She is associated with the Training and Placement Cell. Her area of interest includes HRM. Having more than 3 years of experience in academics, she has few research papers published to her credit. Currently, she is pursuing Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Barkatullah University Bhopal.
She has been certified with " Train the Trainer " certificate from Bodhi Training Solutions Pvt Ltd. She has also undergone the Faculty Development Program in Faculty Development Program, Pedagogy & Research Methods from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in July 2021.
