Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management (SHIM) successfully organised the Quiz Competition Series for MBA and BBA students, centred around Indian Business Leaders and Corporate Logos, with the objective of strengthening students’ understanding of the corporate landscape.

The initiative was designed to go beyond conventional classroom learning by encouraging critical thinking, business awareness, and real-world knowledge application.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all batches, creating an atmosphere of healthy competition and intellectual engagement.

The quiz rounds were thoughtfully structured to test participants’ knowledge of prominent business leaders, brand identities, and evolving industry trends, while also enhancing their analytical abilities and decision-making skills.

SHIM Trekking Educational Tour offered students a unique opportunity to experience adventure, learning, and spiritual exploration during the journey held from 8th to 13th December 2025.This tour deftly balanced adventure and learning in perfection and will remain an unforgettable experience throughout a student’s life.

While the students were trekking through the mountain paths, every step of theirs was a test of their endurance and resolution, which stretched their comfort levels in more ways than one.

The SHIM Trekking Educational Tour played a significant role in building confidence, resilience, and holistic development among students.

These tough treks proved to be an exemplary learning experience in overcoming adverse conditions, and through non-stop activity, group exercises, and physically challenging levels of their trek routes, students enhanced their endurance and fitness levels as well as their concentration, confidence, and mental control.

This is just as much a learning activity as it is a physically strengthening situation that will remain in their memory for a longer period of time.

The journey further encompassed visits to temple sites where the peaceful environments and spiritual ambience promoted a sense of inner peace and emotional balance.

The emotional experiences offered the students the opportunity to take time and renew their emotional focus and direction through the availability of cultural and spiritual practices for them to learn from and appreciate.

They learned the importance of values and appreciation through the emotional experiences they encountered.
